26ph Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and 26ph ("we", "us", "the platform") governing your use of the 26ph website and all associated services. Each player may hold only one active account at 26ph. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — whether identified by name, address, payment method, device, or IP address — are considered duplicate accounts and are prohibited under these Terms.

When registering at 26ph, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. 26ph reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its discretion, including where false or misleading information has been provided.

26ph offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP Club rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms that govern how they can be used and when associated winnings can be withdrawn.

Each promotion at 26ph will include, at minimum, the following information: the eligible games or categories, the wagering requirement, the minimum qualifying deposit (if applicable), the maximum bonus amount, any maximum win cap, the expiry date, and any restrictions on qualifying bet types. It is your responsibility to read the full terms of any promotion before claiming it.

• Wagering requirements specify how many times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must be wagered ₱30,000 in total before withdrawal is permitted.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, any pending withdrawal request may be placed on hold. Upon conclusion of the investigation, if no breach is found, the withdrawal will be processed and the account restored. Where a breach is confirmed, 26ph may withhold outstanding balances to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 26ph account may do so by contacting the support team. Any remaining verified balance will be returned via the player's last used payment method, provided all outstanding wagering requirements have been met.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
